Closed for the 2019 Season

Thank you to everyone who made our 2019 season a huge success!!! Ticket sales will open up for next season in September 2020.

How It Works

We have a new system this year to make the purchase and check-in process much easier! Your scannable QR code ticket will be emailed right to your inbox. Just head straight to the line when you arrive and we can scan you in right from your smart phone. The scannable QR code also be printed and scanned if that’s more your style.

Buy Your Tickets

Why wait in line when you can buy tickets online and save time! Tickets are sent right to your inbox. Tickets can also be purchased on-site at the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds.

Check Your Email

The tickets are sent to your email address. The email will contain a QR code that will be scanned in when you arrive at the Jaycees Feargrounds.

Scan In

Skip the ticket line and go right into line for the haunted house. Pull up the email with your ticket, and we will get you and your group scanned in.

Common Ticket Questions

Tickets are not refundable, however, if you do miss the day you purchased your tickets for, we can swap them for the current day. Tickets not redeemed before the end of the scare season will become void, so please come out and see us!
Absolutely! We do have some promotional ticket types that are specific to a certain date. Tickets are not refundable, but if you miss the date of your promotional ticket, we can absolutely switch to a day that you are able to attend. Just contact us and we will upgrade you to a normal general admission or fast pass ticket and get you in the house in no time. If your ticket is specific to a certain day, it will say so in the ticket name. General Admission and Fast Pass tickets without anything else in the ticket name are good all season! Note, after the season ends, tickets unfortunately become invalid.
Yes! If the line is longer than you expected, you can follow the link in your confirmation email and upgrade to Fast Pass for just $5 more. Once you have upgraded, go back up to the volunteer scanning in the line and re-scan your ticket to enter the Fast Pass line. Taxes and processing fees will still apply.
We're glad you asked! Yes, the Sioux Falls Jaycees are a 501c3 non profit, and the Haunted House is our biggest fundraiser and volunteer driver of the year! Proceeds are used to support other Jaycee projects in the community, such as the 4th of July Fireworks at the Fairgrounds and our Holiday Gifts for Kids program that provides gifts to an average of 1200 Sioux Falls area children annually. We invite you to learn more about how the Sioux Falls Jaycees give back to the community, or even volunteer if the project is a fit for you.
